TGA Casino & Hotel Management was established
in 1989 by Simon Smart to assist entrepreneurs
to set-up and operate casinos and hotels world-wide, without charging
extortionate fees and by employing 95% local staff. We can do this because
we have very few overheads and all our management team are highly experienced
professionals with excellent communication and training skills.
Our main objective is to see these operations survive and prosper without
our help and to make ourselves superfluous. We are here to work with you
and to see your operation, your company and your local community thrive,
that is our greatest reward.
We are a highly competitive casino and hotel management
in total, 30 years experience within the gaming industry from the Caribbean
to the Baltic, on land and at sea and with that experience we can provide
all the necessary know-how and expertise that you may require to open
a 'world-class' casino and/or 'five-star' hotel capable of generating
tremendous profits. We can also establish 'junket' programmes to ship
gamblers in from all over the globe which will not only increase your
casino profits but your hotel's occupancy too, as will it's revenue.
Our contracts are highly competitive due to our low overheads
and the fact that we only charge fees for the personnel we
provide and our low commission rates are based on profit and not revenue.
